PATZCUARO, Mexico (PRWEB) November 2, 2005 -- Looking for an inexpensive vacation? Would love to move to Mexico, but not sure where? Need to learn Spanish in a relaxed environment?

Look no further, Patzcuaro is a special place that has not been over developed and yet with a population of 180,000 has much to offer the traveler. Patzucaro was settled by the Spaniards in the 1500s and the famous Vasco de Quiroga was able to strike an accord between the Spaniards and the Indians to live peacefully among each other. Thus, Patzcuaro is called the “Magic Pueblo”. Stay awhile, you’ll feel it!

Jump on the bandwagon and reserve your vacation spot. If you are on a short time-frame, 4d/3n land packages are available for under $800.00. Learn Spanish for under $250.00 a week. Rent fully furnished houses for only $450.00 a month. Workshops are available if you want to develop photography skills or if you want to mix in with the Purhepecha Indian culture! As a matter of fact, the Patzcuaro people are willing to customize your trip!

WEATHER PATTERNS:
Weather is spring-like most of the year, with a warming trend from mid-April to mid-July; rains begin July to mid-September.

During October, the wild flowers are abundant after the rainy season and a tour around the lake is fantastic! The weather during the rainy
season is spring-like (only rains at convenient times, such as late afternoon and night).

Winter can get chilly, since it’s elevation is 7000 ft., but daytime is temperate. Best time to go to the Michoacan Coast, lush and cool in the winter, only 2 hours away from Patzcuaro.
